Our Booking Process

Please familiarize yourself with our booking process to understand how to schedule your job.

Location

Before any job can be scheduled, we have to determine the suitability of your desired location for your drone shoot. Airspace classification, TFR’s (temporary flight restrictions), airports, obstacles, and FAA regulations must be taken into consideration.

Scheduling

As long as we can fly safely and within all FAA regulations, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs—weather permitting. We will work with you to coordinate the time and date that works best for your project.

Deposit

A security deposit of 50% of the invoice amount is required for all bookings in order to hold the date(s) and must be received 48 hours prior to shoot time. The deposit will be applied to the final invoice. The remaining balance is due upon the delivery of footage. If the job is canceled (and not rescheduled) within 3 days prior to starting work outside of our control, the deposit will be forfeited. *Deposit waived for repeat clients.

We will monitor the weather leading up to your scheduled shooting date to ensure a successful and safe flight. However, WE RESERVE the right to make the final decision based on SAFETY. If conditions should determine that a flight should be delayed or canceled upon arrival, we will reschedule for a later date and the client will be responsible for the following:

If the client chooses to have the drone pilot remain on site until conditions permit (on standby) and complete the flight, a fee of $100/hour will be added to the total job cost.

In the event the flight is canceled, the client will be charged for all travel expenses incurred up to that point at cost.

Payment+Deliverables

We can also accept all major credit cards, checks or cash. All media will either be uploaded to a cloud server or mailed on a thumb drive if required. If no editing or color correction is needed by the client, raw files can be delivered onsite if client is present as long as final balance has been paid. Video editing, color correction and/or photo editing can be discussed during booking. Additional fees will apply.
